For racking inspectors

Warehouse briefs, already written down.

Rackly takes a structured brief from a business that wants its racking inspected — location, rough size, racking type, damage noticed, timing — and puts it in front of a small number of independent inspectors. You decide whether to quote.

What you get

Everything here is something the system does today.

The brief is already scoped

Suburb or postcode, an approximate pallet-position band, racking type where the customer knows it, damage they have noticed and when they need it. Enough to price from, or to decline quickly without a phone call.

You set your own price

You quote your own fee, your own timing and your own notes. Rackly does not set, cap, suggest or benchmark what you charge, and it does not rank you against anyone.

Three inspectors, not thirty

A request goes to at most three providers. This is not a lead blast where the same brief lands with everyone in the state and the winner is whoever calls first.

You control what reaches you

Set the postcodes you cover and how many requests a month you want. Pause with one click when you are booked out — a paused profile is not matched at all, not merely deprioritised.

The customer chooses, then you deal direct

When someone picks your quote you get their name, email and phone, and the job is between you and them. Rackly does not take a cut of the quote, supervise the work or issue the report.

Nothing is exclusive

No subscription, no lock-in and no exclusivity. You can keep every other source of work you have, and you can stop at any time.

What we ask you

Four questions, and what we do with the answers.

There is no credential to check, so instead we ask what your competence is based on and review it before routing anything to you. We describe it to customers as a declaration we have reviewed — never as a licence, and never as something we have verified.

  • How long you have been inspecting racking, and roughly how many sites a year.
  • Whether you hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance for this work.
  • Whether you work to the Australian Steel Institute Code of Practice for Rack Safety Inspections.
  • Whether you also sell, install or repair racking — customers can ask for an inspector who does not, and we pass that preference on rather than hiding it.

Straight answers

The things inspectors ask first.

What does it cost?
Nothing at the moment. There is no subscription and no fee per lead. If that changes it will change with notice, and not retrospectively for work already routed to you.
How many requests will I get?
We are not going to pretend to know. Rackly is new, the inspector list is being built now, and the honest answer is that early volume is unproven. You will find out at the same time we do.
Do I need a licence or accreditation?
There is no licence, registration or certification in Australia that governs who may inspect pallet racking, so we do not ask you to hold one and we never tell customers you do. We ask what your competence is based on, and we say plainly on the site that it is a declaration we have reviewed rather than a credential we can verify.
Will you give my details to anyone?
Your business name and service area are used for matching. Your contact details reach a customer only when that customer selects your quote. We do not sell provider lists.
What if I want to leave?
Pause your profile from your dashboard, or email us and we will remove it. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period.
