What Rackly is
Rackly introduces businesses to independent pallet racking inspection providers. It is a matching service. It does not carry out inspections, set provider fees, supervise work, issue reports, or verify that any particular inspection was done properly.
Providers are independent
Every inspector on Rackly is a separate business. They are not our employees, agents or subcontractors. The contract for the inspection is between you and them, and any dispute about the work, the fee or the report is between you and them.
There is no licence, registration or certification in Australia that governs who may inspect pallet racking. We ask providers to declare their experience and insurance, and we review what they declare. That is a declaration we have looked at, not a credential we can verify, and this site never describes it as one.
What we do not do
Nothing on this site is advice about whether your racking is sound, whether it complies with anything, or whether it needs repair. That judgement belongs to a competent person performing an actual inspection.
We do not rank providers, rate them, or recommend one over another. Quotes are shown as they arrive.
Using the site honestly
Submit requests for work you actually want quoted, and give details that are accurate as far as you know them. Do not use the site to collect provider contact details for any other purpose.
Availability
Rackly is new. We do not guarantee that a request will be matched, that any provider will respond, or that the site will be available at any particular time.
